Non support of automated phone answering system

I wanted to first talk with Geek Squad to see if they had an item in inventory
After the very lengthy intro I finally said what I needed
“One moment” and I sat on hold for 20 minutes no one answered
I called 3 stores the same thing
After an hour on hold I called to file a complaint the same automated system transferred me to customer service whose recording advised me they were very busy and call another day
My concern was on my apple phone for whom Best Buy is an authorized support center
Totally a waste of my time I contacted apple and will go to the apple store but I did advise apple they should look for a different/better partner
