Non-existant customer service

I have been on hold for over 20 minutes (message said it would be less than 10). Finally got someone to answer the phone and it's been nothing but silence for the last 10 minutes. I can hear the persons fire alarm going off in the background every 45 seconds or so but not a single word has been spoken. I'm still on the call as I'm typing this now! I have created an account while this is happening becuase I'm so frustrated. I leave for the military in 5 days and I'm trying to track down an item for my wife but want to confirm it's in stock. It's an hour and a half drive I'd like to save myself since the other 12 best buys nearby are out of stock.
