With that said, we haven't sent out these deals in a few months, but it's my understanding some went out at the end of December for the month of January. It sounds like the email may have been blocked or overlooked on your end though. Nonetheless, if you visit the Member Offers page when signed into BestBuy.com, you should see Student Deals available there. For more details, the link below may be helpful.

As I mentioned, the offers should be available in your Member Offers once signed into BestBuy.com. When viewing the coupon, you should see an option to have a barcode scanned in store. The offers may also be available at the register once we pull up your My Best Buy membership if you have a qualifying item on the purchase.
If you're having trouble receiving the emails, you may wish to add BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com to your address book.
