No response from Sedgwick Insurance

My husband and I purchased a Bosch dishwasher in September and it stopped working on the third use and leaked, causing bubbling in our floor. We arranged an exchange for a Kitchenaid dishwasher with no issues; however, the insurance company has not responded to the email we sent with pictures of the damage included and two phone calls have had no response. We are obviously very unhappy with the lack of response and am not inclined to make any more purchases from or recommend Best Buy to anyone moving forward. Any assistance in this matter would be appreciated.
