No response form customer service - worst service I ever had

Hi Team,

 

I'm following up with customer care {removed per forum guidelines} for close to 3 months for the purchase I made during thanksgiving.

 

No proper response. Even I've visited store couple times.Nothing happend.

 

I want to esclate this issue to some one at senior management. Please share me their email / contact details.
