No email or credit received after Bestbuy support processed price match



I contacted Bestbuy chat support regarding a post purchase price match on a switch game. Bestbuy chat support mentioned the price match had been applied successfully and I would get an email regarding the credit. Unfortunately I have not received the email (I already checked my spam emails) and also have not seen any credit come in regarding the price match on my credit card nor does the return credit show up under the order. Would it be possible to get assistance regarding this issue. I do have the order number, reference number and the amount the associate mentioned for the price match if that would help with resolving this issue sooner.
