I contacted Bestbuy chat support 5 days ago regarding a post purchase price match on two movies. Bestbuy chat support mentioned the price match had been applied successfully and I would get an email regarding the credit for each movie in addition to that I would see the credit applied on my credit card which was my form of payment. Unfortunately I have not received the email (I already checked my spam emails) and also have not seen any credit come in regarding the price match on my credit card. Would it be possible to get assistance regarding this issue. I do have a reference number as well if that helps. Thank you
