I just had a quick question about how I should proceed here.
On December 26th, 2019, I had ordered a Galaxy Note 9 (512 gb) for Verizon from Best Buy's online store, with part of the deal being a $12.50 credit per month to accompany the monthly device payment if that option was chosen over the one-time payment (with the payments lasting 2 years, totalling an additional $300 in savings).
So far, three billing statements have gone by without a credit appearing in the calculation. I've contacted Best Buy customer service twice before, once per previous month, and was told each time that it takes some time for the credit to take affect on Verizon's end. I was also told that if it didn't appear by the third month's statement, I should contact Best Buy again to that they could work things out with Verizon.
So here I am, lol. I can provide any necessary details in private DMs, like order number or Verizon account info.
