Just so anybody else looking can see. You're not getting the runaround, you're looking for an exception that can't be made. Like I told you before, it can take 15 business days for the return center to process it. If it's been longer than that and it hasn't been processed, I can reach out to them then.

I understand your frustration with processing times but there are steps and processes that need to be followed for these types of situations. We will be available if you haven't seen the refund processed in the timeframe I mentioned.

Like I said before, it can take 15 business days. Saying the same thing repeatedly is considered spam and will be deleted. If after 15 business days you still haven't had the refund process, reach out to us again and I can escalate it.
