Never received e-gift card refund! I feel robbed too

Getting this issue has been a complete nightmare! I tried emailing since I get hung up on or no one from customer service is taking me seriously and always give me false information. I first put in order on 7/25 mobile app for a TV, I entered 3 different e-card gift cards: $100, $100, and $250. I received confirmation then I get a different email later saying there was in issue with payment. I called immediately on 7/25 at 6:51 pm pacific time, your customer service rep said it was my cc bank not releasing my funds so I called my credit card bank and they tell me something different, they said the bank never put a hold on it that it was Best Buy. I called back Best Buy customer service center that same night but you guys closed. I didn’t want to lose out on the sale price cuz it was going to end that end of the night. I canceled it and reordered the TV with exact same e-gift cards along with cc. 2 out of the 3 e-gift cards went thru. You guys owe me $100 e-gift card. Why did 2 out of 3 worked that same night?? On 7/26 your Best Buy rep said it normally takes up to 5 business days to go back into card but normally it’s 24hrs. It’s now Thursday 7/28/21 and nothing. I’ve been calling and calling. I get hung up on.
7/25 6:51pm -Best Buy rep said it was my bank holding funds
7/26 8:20am- Arvie employee number #{removed per forum guidelines} stationed out of Phillipines put me on hold to speak to supervisor since she was busy. I waited for almost 2 hours.

7/26 10:30am-Yavi the supervisor. Reference number {removed per forum guidelines} sent $20 credit for the inconvenience. She said it’ll take another 24hrs for my $100 e-gift card to back into card

7/27/ 9:59am- kim from south east Asia said same thing it’ll process over 24hrs then got hung up on.

7/27- 10:30am- told me to call e-card customer service to expedite the e-card refund

7/28- 10:23am- checked balance and still $0.00

7/28- 12:00pm called corporate and left message, I haven’t heard back from them.

7/28- 8:24pm sent complaint thru Twitter, emailed support and now trying this forum

He did get reach me on Twitter however hes’s off until Sunday. So how does that help? I’ve been dealing with this since 7/25. I’ve been patient enough and my TV is ready for pick up. I wanted to use up all my e-gifts cards towards that TV in one transaction. Everyday someone keeps giving me false information.
