Bought Just dance 2021 at best buy for $29.99+tax on June 13. That night best buy lowered their price to $24.99+tax. I tried to ask for price match but since it's midnight, no agent can help me with it. Next day I called best buy for price match and the agent said he could not refund me via my credit card. But he can give me $5 gift card. I refused and said I prefer check. They said they will give me check. After 10 days I haven't receive anything, I asked online chat agent and he/she said the check has been mailed and I will receive it in a week. Then 10 days passed I received nothing and asked again, got the same answer. I kept waiting until today July 27 and I asked online chat agent again. Today at the begining he/she said they've returned to my credit card. I didn't receive anything. Then they said they gave me a gift card. I checked email and found nothing. Several minutes late they said they've send the check and it's been delivered! Obviously I didn't get anything! Later I called customer service asking about the status. The agent said I never get any price match! Best buy is just fooling me around. It's not a huge amount money but I feel not respected as their customer!
I will file a complaint at BBB or FTC with conversation transcript attached if the issue is not solved.

Generally, refunds are processed to the original from of payment used on an order. Depending on the form of payment used, it can take up to one billing cycle for these funds to be show on your statement but will usually appear in your account sooner.
