Never Received Refund, It's been 3 months

Good evening, I've been struggling to get a refund on my giftcards for the last 3 months ever since I returned a fridge. I paid with partial giftcard and credit card and never recieved almost 400 dollars in best buy giftcards back after returning it in May! I've tried calling the support line multiple times and keep getting hung up on, I've tried the chat function and the agents can't help me there, and I've emailed the giftcard support email and they aren't able to help either! It's been such a long time I've been trying to get my money back and its extremely frustrating, I just want someone that can finally help me with this issue

Welcome to our forums!  Having to wait for a refund to be processed would be frustrating enough, but to hear your refund has not been processed months after your product was returned is especially disheartening.

 

I’d like to take a closer  look into this return to see what might be causing this delay.  In order for me to do so, I’ll ask that you send me a private message with the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number or the “Customer Service PIN” from the bottom of your receipt

 

As you can imagine, we’ll want to keep this sensitive information out of the public view of our Support Forums, so be sure to sue the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to get this sent my way.
