I have tried getting in contact with a manager multiple times. I have an issue with a piece of equipment that was covered under a purchase plan. Every representative I have spoken to does not understand the situation. I would like talk through it with a manager who has authority and can walk through the purchase and repairs with me on the phone - not via this forum.

I have also been told that the manager is in a meeting or unavailable and they will call back - which they never do. One representative also told me that they would not let me speak to a manager. Very unprofessional coming from a customer service representative.
