Please help, I have an issue with a product. The store GM River City Jacksonville, Fl told me to contact legal. He did not give me the number. Customer service does not have the number either. I have all information for my police report, FTC report and so forth. I really need to speak to a Best biy legal representative. I suffered a huge monetary loss due to a hacked item i bought directly at Best Buy.

Can you give more information on what this hacked item is? Unless specified as open box almost all products on Best Buy are sold as new. 

Without much information to go on the community may not be able to give you an idea on what's going on. These forums are Corporate which will result in a  response from them, they have a Best Buy logo on their user names.

Nano x harware wallet. It was hacked. Within 24 hours all my crypto coins bounced to an address. The item sold to me must have been tampered with.
