The quick version. I received a $25 Shell Gift Card that wasn't activated. After several emails and a 45 minute phone call they were not able to activate it so they sent a replacement card. The replacement was also not activated. Now I've spent another 30 minutes between two separate chat sessions and almost 2 hours over the phone and still don't have an activated card. I was told a supervisor would call me back and am still waiting for that call. The amount of time I've wasted trying to get this card activated is extremely dissporportiant to the value of the card.
Hoping I might have better luck finding help here.

Welcome to our Best Buy forum community! Getting a gift card should be a time of excitement, but I can understand why that wouldn't be the case of it keeps not being activated. That's a far cry from the shopping experience we meant to provide!
I know how I'd feel if the replacement gift card I received to fix the situation also was not activated. That's not a position we wanted you to be in, but I'm glad you said something.
