Hi I currently have an account under the name {Removed per Forum Guidelines}. I don't see any option to do this. If I cannot change my name then I would like to delete my account and start a new one with my same email.

Thanks for bringing it to our attention that you need a post deleted, due to it containing private information that you don't want shared publicly. We care greatly about keeping our customers private details protected, which is why our Forum Guidelines, Terms & Conditions and Community Guidelines outline that we do not allow those private details shared on our public forum.

 

That said, I'm seeing that the post you would like us to delete has since been removed for containing that information. I know you mentioned that you had trouble earlier sending a Private Message, but I'm seeing you have since sent PMs to some of my colleagues, so I'm happy to see that has been corrected.
