I bought a Samsung refrigerator and on the day of delivery after 7 days of purchase the fridge was delivery and delivery crew call best buy to tell them that the fridge door has an scratch and they have to come back with another fridge, on that day i told the employee from best buy to check a match price because i saw this fridge in another store more cheaper, so, the employee from best buy look it up after a few minutes he told me "yes, you are right is $700.00 cheaper in other stores" so i told him if he can fix the receipth or change the price he told me he can't do that, that i have to put a Dispute and he will help me with that, he help me with the dispute on 11/23/2020 so on 02/08/2021 after more that 2 months they send me a letter telling me that basicaly they will not honor the price match because base on the investigation and document show that the merchandise or service were provide, so i'm not telling them that the mercahndise or service were not provided and telling them about the price match that one of his employee told me that this was $700.00 less in others store. so, I don't understant why they don't want to honor when Best Buy employee check this out. now they want me to send them proof, I don't know what kind of proof they want me to give. I will fight this until the end, right now i'm looking for advise or any help in this forum. I keep calling the number 1-888-574-1301 and every time i call there is a message that this department is close. so, please, please, help me.

I do have a few questions based on this post. It sounds like this is regarding a credit card dispute, is that correct? If so, I would recommend working with your banking institution for further assistance. Was this purchase made using a Best Buy Credit Card? This card is issued by our partner Citibank and they can be reached directly at (888) 574-1301.

Hey Andrew, the purchase was with a My Best Buy card, i already contact CityBank and they told me to contact Best Buy, I called Vest Buy they told me to call Citybank. so what do i do here.
Citibank told they will charge what the store is telling them to charge and there is nothing they can do at their end.
Can you please help me with this.
