NON Customer service

I have called and asked to tallk to a super and was told a call back within 24 to 48 hrs, that was last Friday 17th. I had a  chat on monday with 3 different people. Today I called and had to have a call back because you were so busy. The person who called back read the chat and still wasted my time on hold as he tried to do something to fix the problem.

I would like someone at corp to review my order and all the note with it and give me a call at the number in my account.

Andrew, where are you...no answer and no suprise I didn't get a call back from thursday.

Are you going to set up an install ????????
