NO REFUND RECEIVED YET FOR RECALLED INSIGNIA AIRFYER

I received an email about my Insignia airfyer being recalled, i did what i was supposed to do. The airfryer was returned on July 1 and they received it sometime in July. I was told it will take 3-6 weeks for the refund to get processed, i called about 2 months later to asked about my refund, they double checked ALL OF MY INFO (Name,add,email) and asked me to call next week to follow up, I did what i was told, called the next week, they double checked all my info again and told me it has been escalated to somebody and told me to call again, i did it all over again, i called so many times but it was the same thing, they will check my info and told me that its been escalated to whoever. Its a waste of time to call every week and they're useless. I dont have that much time to call and follow up every week. july to nov is long time for a refund. I need my money refunded and stop wasting my time. worst customer service ever.
so far ive been told 4 times thats its been escalated to whoever. scary 4 times and no action taken? maybe im just out of that money. its so frustrating to deal with these people
