Mystery charge on my Visa

I wrote about a month or so ago about a charge on my Visa. I haven't been in Best Buy, haven't purchased anything online, yet incurred a $75 charge. Explained all this already once but you got back and said you needed my name, number, and you were going to private message me, YOU NEVER BOTHERED. What now?

Is this a personal card or is this issued by Best Buy? Have you followed up with your bank to dispute if you do not recognize the charge?

 

Did you do business with  Best Buy in the form of a subscription but forgot to cancel it?

Thanks for your help, it is a personal card, definitely didn't have a renewal or purchase.
