My product never arrived and my money back did not return to me until today

 

 

I have been buying products with them for several years, I am renewing my business and the last time I bought 2 computers, one arrived and the other did not. I check my account and it tells me that they returned one because the driver could not deliver it and that they began to make the return to my bank.

But to this day April 4/2022 they have not returned the money to me. The first time I contacted them they told me that in 24 hours, then I call again they tell me that now it will be cleared in my bank account in 48 hours, and now they tell me that they are still working on the return of my money, and to wait for an email.

I am losing almost a month in my business and best buy so far has not refunded my money, making my business lose. It was never my fault that they returned what I bought, and it was important to me to have the product on that date. What fault do we customers have that their deliveries did not work well.

I am waiting for this return since March 13/2022.

Luis, Thanks for providing that information. Did you receive an email receipt on March 13? Being that it you used a visa card. The refund may take one billing cycle to reflect on your statement. It was successfully processed on our end on March 13.

Luis, a billing cycle would determine by your credit card company. You may want to reach out to them regarding that information.

yes i received my money back!

I was able to talk to my bank and they returned my money 2 days after my two purchases I made with you. Of which I had had a mix-up in my bank deposits. I complained to you and they told me that in a few more days they would return me to wait, etc., that left me more confused. Thanks for the clarification. Now I will continue to trust Best Buy.
