My in store pick up order is delayed again

This is third time my instore pickup is delayed and there is no support when it happens. I have an order that was suppoed to be ready for pick up yesterday and it is showing delayed. More over i had placed two order and 1 is ready and now i cannot extend pick up on second to now may be goto next weekend. Support on pick up order is really bad. is there anyway to reach store and extend pick up or make sure i get both order together? 

 

Bestbuy wlll be a good option if they can get their support actuall working. So far chat support is almost useless in case of real issue with order.

Customer service at my store in Rancho Cucamonga CA. Is horrible and for some reason they feel like they have to pack orders. My wife went to pick something up for me and she couldn’t find her Best Buy card so she tried to use her ID and they said No. So in 2 min I immediately placed the order online and they made her wait 47 min to fill the order even though she gave them the 3 items that I ordered. I’ll just return the stuff and order it from Amazon. I wouldn’t have purchased anything from Best Buy after all of the horrible service I’ve been getting but my wife said just get it and then that happens. She even said after that you are right we should have bought it somewhere else. She just wanted me to have my birthday present. It’s been a hassle trying to get price matches and orders filled or even help to find something in store because of lazy employees with bad attitudes. And online chat is just as bad. I never received my $150 refund for a price match and nobody seems to care. I’m over it. I’ll order my stuff from somewhere else. Good luck .

I have given up on best buy customer service. I have zero faith on helping anyone more than may be refund money aftre a long time of screw up. They are not connected at all with people who actually fullfill order and so they make up and sepculate about timeline, reasons and outcome. 

 

bestbuy will be better off not having or reducing customer service as it will save both customers and their time. Its is a false sense of providing and getting service where they are acutally creating more issues by providing service.

I’m done with this place and their service . They don’t deserve my money anymore. I’m about to build a new computer and I wouldn’t buy anything from them when I planned on buying everything I could. Same thing with my car audio I was going to buy all my wires and full system from bestbuy. Heck no, not anymore. I’ll be wasting money the way these people operate. And I’m still waiting to see if jenni is going to do something about it or just string me along until I go away.
