My Best Buy account has been flagged

I've been dealing with best buy representative over the phone for 4 months now. I haven't been able to place an order online for over 4 months now. If I go into the store to place an order to be shipped to my house it gets cancelled and I just can't place an order. The representative tell me that my account is flagged and they will call me back within a few days but I don't get a response back. I just want to be able to use my account again. I'm a total tech member and I need products for my house and I can't even order them

Welcome to the Community Forums! We are happy to have you here with us. Although, I do wish it were under better circumstances. I can see how having your orders cancel is not ideal at all.
