I've tore through my entire apartment and I have been unable to find my last billing statements for the month or two prior to them charging off my account, nor have I received anything in the mail. Been strugging with a lot of financial and medical problems this past year, and trying to get my finances addressed. I have been unable to find any information in my mail or emails concerning my account or who to contact. When I tried using the chat bot, they told me to call the 24/7 customer support. When I called them, it wasn't available.
I checked Credit Karma, and it shows "BEST BUY/CBNA account removed from your file" (under Account Removed) followed by:
"Between X,2022 and Y, 2022, your credit card account with BEST BUY/CBNA was removed from your credit report.
Closed accounts are usually removed from your report after seven years. Once they're removed, the account details will no longer affect your credit score."
I have no idea what that means because I haven't even had the card that long.
If anyone has any information or can point me in the right direction of who to contact, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Credit Karma won't neccesarily disclose all details. Do you see anything in your account under collections on CK?
It would show up there.
If you are looking to dive deeper into your credit history there is a website called Annual Credit Report that gives you 3 deep credit reports from the major bureaus minus your credit scores which can show history of who accounts were handed of to and so forth.
It's a soft pull to your credit. Otherwise CitiBank would be the best people to deal with this as Best Buy only provides the service to charge to your card.

I was in a similar situation with my finances a few years ago.
