To clarify these unlocked phones will, in-fact, lock to the first carrier you use. At this time, you will need to speak to Sprint for further assistance. I am happy to double check it and get this documented for you.

While Best Buy does not have the ability to unlock a device, we do recommend that you work directly with Sprint for assistance with this.
