Thank you for the reply. I returned a DVD player, and was given a gift card instead of a refund to the original payment method. The manager said that a processing error couldn't be undone by him, and dropped the gift card on the seat of my car. He suggested that I call to follow up. I did, and someone said they would be able to resolve the issue, and that I should wait for an email confirmation. Then yesterday I received the following email from Customer Service:
