It has been more than a month and I have not received my refund. I have tried multiple times to reach out and find a solution through chat and phone. All they said is to wait one billing cycle but like I said it has been more than a month since I made the purchase and still no refund. I have proofs of chat conversations with assurances that I will get my money back and an email confirming of the amount of the refund sent to me by the bestbuy rep who approved it.
I ended up paying my balance while waiting for the refund because I don't want to incur late fees and interest charges. That is my money not being released by Bestbuy.
Please help. This is getting frustrating.
