Money taken from my account without authorization

I got a service on my computer a year ago and this morning I woke up to a alert from my bank, Best Buy charged my account 200+ dollars for a service I expressly told them I did not want a auto renewal for. I had to run to the bank and do a transfer (which I got charged for of course) to cover what they took out and after spending 4 hours on the phone with customer service I was told there was nothing they could do by 3 different individuals. When I tried to file a complaint the were rude and did nothing about it. I have spent thousands of dollars at Best Buy’s on tvs computers, tablets and countless other items but after this experience myself and my family will never shop at another Best Buy...buyer beware!

Btw way I will be posting this on every review I can find if Best Buy will not make me whole, I will make sure every customer I can reach knows about how customers are treated when using this company!
