Hi there, I returned an Alienware 17R5 on 12/05/18. I was told that the money would be returned through mail by a cheque. I have not received any cheque so far and it's been over a month. Please help me regarding this issue.

I apologize for any confusion in regards to your check. In instances were $800+ of the original purchase was paid using cash, or if $250+ was paid using a debit card that is not under a major credit card brand, we will typically send a mail check for your refund within ten business days. It's never a fun situation to be in to be left having funds tied up. I've been personally waiting on a $1,600 check from a different company for almost two months, so I can understand that this has been inconvenient for you.
