Missing points AGAIN

I Purchased a washer dryer in August and I was awarded points, when I logged on today with the intention of redeeming them they appeared to have been redeemed already. I did not ask for them to be issued and never received any email about any type of certificate being issued. This purchase was 3 months ago and they should not have been expired in that time. I have been hung up on 4 time today when I have tried dealing with this over the phone. Can you please help with this?! I would really appreciate it!
