I purchased an ebike about 2 weeks ago and never received it. Last week I contacted best buy and they said they would process a replacement item for the lost package and it was supposed to come on 4/20. 

On 4/20 I got an email saying that the package would be delayed at the time I was tired of waiting and needed the money back to go purchase another bike in person to be able to commute to work. The agent I spoke to on 4/20 said she would be able to process the refund and canceled my replacement; however, she then told me that it would take 24-48 hrs for a refund. She did not tell me this before and I would have just waited for the replacement to arrive if she told me this at first. 

Now today 4/23 I receive an email saying that my refund is denied. I don't understand why I was told I was going to be receiving a replacement then denied anything at all. I really need this bike to be able to commute to work. The package also required a signature the UPS tracking shows that the Driver released it without signature. I don't believe they even delivered the package. This is a very expensive purchase for me. I need the money back so I can buy a different way of commuting. Please help me out with a replacement or refund.
