Merging old account to new account

I have a Best Buy account (with Geek Squad Totaltech support). I recieved emails confirming my subscription is active, and I have a member number associated with that account. I attempted to sign in to Best Buy with that same email address, but I got a message that there was no account listed with that email. I created a new account with that same email, which worked fine, but none of my information from the original account is there. Is there a way for me to provide my member number associated with my Geek Squad support and get that subscription listed under my account?

Thank you, I was able to merge the collective accounts for you. Normally the process takes a few days to complete. You may also receive an email with any next steps that will need to be taken. This usually consists of logging out and then going back into your account.
