Merchandise stolen

I placed a order for three items and before I could pick them up some unknown person picked up the most expensive item by having it brought to the vehicle. First the manager claimed it was me who came in to get it but I could confirm it was not me as I was at work then said it was brought to the car and when I asked the description of the car it clearly wasn’t mine then the manager said a employee I’d it was me but when I could prove it wasn’t he changed his story again. Also why would I pick up one item and not the other two. The manager has changed his story repeatedly and has made false accusations. I want my missing item

The idea of having an order seem to disappear under the circumstances you've described would certainly be upsetting for anyone. I'm sorry to hear that your conversation with the store manager didn't result in a more successful outcome.
