I bought a TV on 24 month free financing promotion. I set up auto-pay with their credit card department to pay off the entie balance over 24 months. No big deal, right? WOW was I wrong..Citi Group/Best Buy Credit didnt set up the payment to pay off the entire balance in 24 months. So after the 24th month, they added a back charge for interest of over $600 to my account with no warning. Citi Group will do nothing about. They transferred me to the Best Buy customer service line and they then told me I'd need to talk to the bank about this issue. After being a very loyal Best Buy cutomer for years, I will never shop there again if this does not get resolved. At the very least, an in store credit for the back charged interest would be fair. VERY FRUSTRATING! Never had issues like this with any other retailer, especially Amazon..If anyone can help, please let me know..Thanks, Luke

No, they stuck me with the entire bill after going back and forth between Best Buy and the credit card company...It was a VERY frustrating situation. And, I am not happy with how it ended...over $600 out of my pocket.
I wish you luck. Let me know how it goes for your fiance.
