Lost store credit

So I received a store credit for an item I returned and I lost my wallet that contained the store credit. When I made the return they took my phone number to look up the return because I didn’t have a receipt. Is there a way to get the gift card replaced?

Welcome to our community. I haven't lost a wallet in ages, nor do I ever want to again. There was drama and heartache and I'm not even exaggerating. I'm sorry to hear you're having to cope with such circumstances.

 

I'd like to look into this for you, but will need some information to begin. If you will please send me a private message that includes the following, I’ll do my best to help:

 

  • Your full name
  • Your telephone number
  • Your email address
  • Your original BestBuy.com order number if purchased online, or
  • The Customer Service PIN from your original store purchase receipt (if you have it), or
  • The Customer Service PIN from your return receipt (if you have it)
  • The gift card number (if you have it; please do NOT include the PIN)
