Lost my in-store credit card

I received a store credit card for a return I made a while back and I used some of it but after I completely misplaced the card. Is there a way to retrieve it? Thank you!

How far back was this issued? Typically, they work in the same manner as a gift card, its like cash so if you lose it, as long as there is still a balance left on the card it can be replaced. Have you tried to reach out to the store to see if they can look up your transactions so they can attempt to replace the card?

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear that you've misplaced your gift card, I can imagine how disappointing that must be. As hockeycanuckjc mentioned, losing a gift card can sometimes be like losing cash, and they may be no way for us to replace it. However, if we can find out what transactions you've used it on in the past, and are able to locate it's current balance, we may be able to send you a replacement.
