Lost in store pickup order

I am really frustrated with chat and phone support on my order. My order was suppoed to be in stock and available next day. Next day I received an email saying it was delayed and they are trying to get to me as soon as possible. That was 12 days back. Since then i have contacted 3-4 times and noone knows what to do. Apperately it was shipped from other store which delivered but that's all. They have no way to find out why it is ready or contact store to trace it. couple of times they asked me to contact UPS. I cannot believe it.  Wasted many hours over many call/chat. No refund, no pickup. They are asking me to claim with UPS when i am not a shipper/receiver.
