I'm sure it's no fun having lost this gift card, and yes in most cases we are able to replace lost gift cards. We would first freeze the gift card being replaced, and then send you a new one in the amount that is currently on the gift card that is frozen. Can you send me a private message with your name, your phone number, your email address, and the customer service pin number off the front of the receipt for this gift card?
