Couple of weeks back I got issued an in-store credit card apparently it seems I have lost the in-store credit card, and I have been back and forth between phone support and in store support and no one is able to issue a card for me for some reason. I had a similar issue with a best buy gift card previously which was solved fine through phone support. Not sure if there is some support I can get through here?

Best Buy does assist customers with lost or stolen gift cards! If you have lost a Best Buy Credit Card, you will need to contact Citibank in order to have that replaced. Please feel free to send a private message with your full name, phone number, email address, and more information about the lost card, so that I can investigate this for you.

Thank you for that information, Hemal. In the provided link to the original message, there was an included phone number that you can contact for assistance with gift cards. Have you contacted that phone number? Do you have the receipt for the original transaction that you received the store credit with? There should be a 4 part key at the top of the receipt which ends with the date that the transaction occurred. It may look like this: 123 004 5678 9/10/11. Can you provide me with that 4 part key?
