I bought an item that came with a free gift card. I lose the giftcard somehow, and was told by an employee to call the number provided by the website
and ask them to reissue it. I do, and they say they cant do anything for me because i dont have the gc number?
uhhh... Is the website wrong? I'm confused.

I called the store that issued the card. They said they've never heard of them requiring the full gc number. So i called the hotline again, and this time someone said they just needed the customer service pin at the bottom.
It was eventually re issued, but WOW what an ordeal. I love my local bb, but if I have to reach outside of that it can be a real pain.

Replacing a lost gift card can be tricky at times but shouldn't be a big issue. I do apologize for the hiccups you experience initially trying to get this done, but I am happy to hear that this was eventually resolved.
