Sometimes the emails with these codes can get caught up in your spam/junk mail folders, so make sure you are checking there first for the code email. If you use Gmail, they can also end up in your Promotions folder.
If after 48 business hours, you still haven't received your code via email, please send a private message to any of our moderators (their names are followed by -BBY, like Bill-BBY) with the following information in your private message:
Title the private message: "Missing Sling Code"
Your full name
Your email address
Your phone number
Your order number or Customer Service PIN from your store receipt (a Customer Service PIN is four sets of numbers that ends with your purchase date and is usually located in the middle area of your receipt)
