I looked for a way to leave feedback but this is all I could find. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with August at the Longview TX location and she was amazing. I bought a TV that had a screen burn in and upon returning it she made everything right and went above and beyond to assist me and ensure I continued shopping at best buy. I also manage retail locations and she wasn't just doing what she had to; she truly made me feel like she cared. So whoever sees this that can give her a kudos, she deserves it.
