Over the course of several months, I purchased two graphics cards from Best Buy, of the same make and model.  Unfortunately, I think I will need to send one in for repair.

To that end, is it possible to identify which serial number goes with which purchase, to ensure I submit the correct receipt to the manufacturer for my warranty claim?

If a serial number was captured on your purchase, it would be evident on your transaction receipt or in your order details on BestBuy.com it can also be located on our app. If you are having trouble, you can send me a private message with your full name, phone number and email address and I can take a look.
