Live chat misinformation

Hello

 

I need to speak to somebody about live chat support providing me with false information, which has left me out of pocket and without properly functioning essential electronics for longer than if they had not.

I tried to reply to your most recent message with a copy of the live chat transcript, but it didn't let me in the rich text option as it contained some HTML, then once I converted it it's telling me I've reached my limit of DMs and I should try again later. I have only been sending DMs to you so I do not know how I would have reached that limit, and I am also unsure of what time "later" will qualify as.
