I'm attempting to locate a contact email and phone number for law enforcement customer support. Can someone please direct me to the right forum or help me get that information? I am a detective trying to conduct an investigation but need assistance from Best Buy. Any help is appreciated!

Is there a law enforcement portal or contact?

I am reaching out about obtaining surveillance footage and receipts for a fraudulent purchase made with stolen credit cards at the Norwalk, CT Best Buy location. Since you cannot contact stores directly via telephone anymore, I was only able to get ahold of someone at customer service. They stated they put in a request to have a manager at that store contact me but no one has. Is there someone I can contact with police letterhead to request the footage and receipts for this case?
