Late Fee


I am having some issues with my Best Buy credit Card account. It has been 2 months where I have not received my credit statements, and last month I was one day late, but I thought that I received the statement but misplaced it. And apparently the same happened this month, therefore It proved to me that since I did not recieve this month's statement the same happened last month. Best Buy is not the only credit that I am responsible of paying therefore keeping up with the payments is difficult when I don't have a physical statement in front of me. Because the way I keep up to date with my bills is by arranging my credit statements by due dates and pay as the due date is approaching.
I have tried calling in, but sadly they said they can't waive the late fee amount. Being charged $57 late fee is a lot and I honestly don't know what to do at this point. From my business with other credit card companies, Best Buy has the worst policy. I was also asking if I pay the full principle amount would they be able to waive the late fee amount for at the very least a month.

I am not trying to sound mean, but I wanted to share my experience and hoping that you could help me with this situation.

Regarding your request to waive the late fee you’re seeing on your My Best Buy® Credit Card statement, we’ll be unable to accommodate your request here on the Best Buy Support Forums.  Because Citibank is the issuer of your account, I would recommend contacting them at 1-888-574-1301 for any concerns you may have with receiving your statements, or any additional late fees you may be charged.
