Laptop never received and never refunded

I bought a laptop around two weeks ago and I never recieved it. I had it set to be delivered on Friday as I'm busy on Thursday and knew I was travelling on Saturday and wouldn't be home till Sunday or Monday. I ordered my laptop to be shipped to my address seemed all well. Two days later Best buy tells me that my item will be shipped through UPS but that it would be late and actually arriving on Saturday. I knew I wouldn't be able to pick it up until the day after or Monday so I contacted a Best buy support agent. I asked her if I could switch the package to in store pick up as I would be unable to recieve the item on Saturday. She told me that it was too late to make that change but that if there was no one there to pick up the item, that it would be sent back to the local Best buy. This was fine by me, a little dissapointing but I could work with it. Come Saturday and I recieve a notification that the laptop was delivered. I came home Sunday morning and the package wasn't on my porch. I contacted Best buy support through phone call who told me that my package had been delievered, I told them I had not recieved them and they told me that they will open an investifation. One week later and they email me to tell me there is nothing they can do and to contact law enforcement. I am now 470 dollars down and still using my old laptop. I gave best buy multiple options yet none of them worked and the laptop was never recieved by me. Its not my fault that the package was late, Best buy couldn't even offer me a replacement for the laptop or in-store credit.
