I would have preferred to do this as an email, but that's not possible. I preordered an LG G8 for pickup at a semi-local store. The preorder was supposed to be available on Friday. I went to the store on Friday afternoon, talked to the front desk, and there was no phone for me to pick up.
One day later, my order status has still not been updated. The only status I have is "In Progress". I wanted to pick my phone up yesterday. I need to pick it up today.
