Kiosk failure at Miami Airport Concourse J

I have just bought a JVC earphone.

But the kiosk failed to deliver it for me. It got stuck inside the kioske and I didn't receive anything.

I tried to call the number on the kioske but the signal is poor and I couldn't and I'm about to board the plane.

I have the pictures of the kioske and the invoice of the purchase.

I want a refund.

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for connecting with us regarding your kiosk transaction.  While our Best Buy Express kiosks are designed to offer our customers a convenient way to get their new technology, it’s disappointing to hear your transaction didn’t go as we would expect.

 

I’d like to look into this matter further for you, however, there are a few pieces of additional information I’ll ask that you provide me via private message, so I might locate your transaction.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • The “Customer Service PIN” from your kiosk receipt

 

This should be enough information for me to begin my research, and offer any additional assistance I can.  If you’re accessing our site on a mobile device, I recommend switching to “Full View” in order to see the “Private Message” button in my signature.
