Hello, I recently purchased a Corsair mechanical keyboard on Sunday, March 17, which was promoted with a free copy of Tom Clancy the Division 2 for windows. I did pick up my keyboard, and if I may say it was a great purchase, the product is fantastic, But I have yet to receive the key code for the game, it's been 6 days and I have not received any codes on my email, I the checked spam, promotion and social tab and its nowhere to be found. A little help would be appreciated.

Free with purchase is my favorite promotional option, so I know I would be just as eager to get my promo code if I were in your shoes. It sounds like you’ve already done some great trouble-shooting by checking your spam, junk, and/or promo folders, so I would be more than happy to take a closer look at your order.
